I’ve worked 20 years in finance/CFO roles, mostly in industrial companies. I also set up an independent consulting activity 3 years ago. I met Efi and Brian by doing a pro bono consulting session for startups at the Station F incubator. I loved the project and saw that we shared the same approach with Efi and Brian. And as I saw that the team was missing skills in the finance/HR field, I joined the team. I’m a great fan of fermentations, although I admit I still know more about fermenting grapes than fermenting textile dyes.
